Following the evaluation of a European Union–financed project implemented by the Government of Senegal, Dropstone was engaged by the Humanitarian Dialogue Centre to provide backstopping support for the reintegration of vulnerable youth from the Casamance region through professional training. Building on the evaluation findings, Dropstone supported the Government of Senegal in strengthening the relevance, quality, and sustainability of reintegration measures targeting at-risk youth. The assignment focused on enhancing employability, fostering entrepreneurship, and improving linkages between training systems and local economic opportunities.
